PROJECT INFORMATION

Public & civic new build in Taastrup

Høje-Taastrup Town Hall – a new gathering point with a focus on openness and sustainability. The nine-storey town hall is a distinctive landmark in Høje Taastrup City and is centrally located within the new urban park. The building is designed as an open and welcoming space, providing modern and flexible workplaces for municipal employees while inviting the local community inside. The project’s sustainability ambitions are reflected in the use of recycled concrete, energy-efficient solutions and a focus on biodiversity, contributing to the building’s DGNB Gold certification. As part of the material concept, a:gain supplied Bronsø thermowood for parts of the facade, where its use around the entrance adds warmth and material character to the meeting between the building and its users.
