PROJECT INFORMATION

Residential new build in Taastrup

Høje Taastrup C, Byggefelt A20 - large-scale low-emission housing. In Høje Taastrup C, Home.Earth is developing 162 rental homes with the ambition of setting a new standard for low-emission housing at scale. The project aims for a climate footprint below 4.0 kg CO₂e/m²/year without compromising on architecture, indoor climate or quality. The homes are complemented by green courtyards, a shared rooftop terrace and a range of facilities designed to support a sense of community among residents. The resource-conscious approach is reflected in the project’s material choices, with a:gain supplying Bronsø as well as 7,000 m² of Funderø parquet flooring. This extensive delivery brings secondary timber resources into the homes at scale and demonstrates how resource-conscious material choices can be integrated into larger residential developments. The project is expected to achieve DGNB Gold and Planet certification.
