The project involves the renovation of a six-story commercial property, including interior renovation of surfaces, installations, and room divisions. All of Jeudan’s construction projects are carried out either in-house or in collaboration with established partners. In close cooperation with Jeudan, which aimed to create a best practice for responsible design of commercial leases, a:gain collaborated with Jeudan on the appearance, technical requirements, and process-related requirements. A total of 456 m² of Tystø was delivered for the project.
